Calculator inputs are processed in your browser where possible. The site does not require an account to use the calculators. Standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) reaches the hosting provider whenever any website is opened — that's how the web works — but the calculator pages themselves do not transmit, log, or store the values you type.

Most calculator inputs are processed in your browser. We do not require an account to use the calculators. Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information into any calculator. Inputs you enter into a calculator are not sent to our servers and are not stored by the site.

Information we may collect

The hosting provider receives standard server access information for every request — IP address, timestamp, request URL, browser user agent, and referrer. This information is used to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse. It is not combined with calculator inputs because calculator inputs never reach the server in the first place.

Contact form submissions

If you send us a message (for example via the email address on the Contact page), we receive whatever you choose to include in that message — your email address, the calculator URL, and any details you share. We use that information only to respond and to fix the issue you reported. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Analytics

We may add privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand site usage and improve calculators. If analytics is added, this page will be updated to describe the provider and what is measured. Any analytics we choose to add will be focused on aggregate page metrics, not individual identification.

Cookies

Calculator pages do not require cookies to function. If small site preferences (such as a unit selector default) are stored on your device in the future, they will live in your browser's local storage and will not be transmitted off the device.

Third-party services

Web fonts and static assets may be served by third-party providers. Those providers receive standard request data (such as IP address) for the purpose of delivering the file. Use of third parties is limited to what's necessary to render the page.

Advertising status

We do not currently display ads. If ads are added later, this policy will be updated to explain any third-party advertising technologies, what they collect, and how to opt out where applicable.

Data retention

Calculator inputs are not stored, so there is nothing to retain or delete on the calculator side. Server access logs are retained only as long as needed to operate the site and investigate abuse, then are rotated out by the hosting provider. Email correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve your message and any reasonable follow-up.

How to contact us about privacy

For privacy questions or requests, write to us via the Contact page. Please include enough detail for us to understand the request (for example, the email address you used to write to us previously, if you'd like that message removed).

Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children. Calculators are general-purpose tools and may be used by students and parents, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact channels, let us know and we will delete it.

Security limitations

We take reasonable measures to operate the site securely, but no website can guarantee perfect security. Don't send confidential information through the contact form or any calculator input field.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes — for example if analytics is added, if a contact form replaces the email link, or if new tools introduce optional data storage. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be described in a short note at the top of this page for a reasonable period.
